Electromagnetic starter five common faults and their elimination method

     One.Don't switch on electricity.

 1) coil break or burn out: repair or replace the coil

2) armature or mechanical parts stuck: adjust the location of parts, remove stuck phenomenon

3) shaft rust or skew: rust grease or replacement parts

4) operating circuit power supply capacity is not enough: to increase the power supply capacity

5 spring reaction force is too large: adjust the spring pressure

Two. Electricity can not pull the armature

1) power supply voltage is too low: adjust the power supply voltage Contact spring and release spring pressure is too large: adjust the spring pressure or replace the spring 2

3) the super path of the contact is too large: adjust the contact

Three. Electromagnet noise is too large or the occurrence of vibration

1) power supply voltage is too low: adjust the power supply voltage

2 spring reaction force is too large: adjust the spring pressure

3) core polar dirt or excessive wear: remove dirt, repair or replacement of the polar core

4) short circuit fault: replace short circuit ring

5) the iron core clamping bolt loose, the iron core is crooked or the mechanical Jam: tighten the bolt, remove the mechanical fault

Four. After power off the contactor does not release

 1) the contact spring pressure is too small: adjust the spring pressure or replace the spring

2) armature or mechanical parts stuck: adjust the location of parts, remove stuck phenomenon

3) the core remanence is too large: demagnetization or replacement of iron core

4) contact welding together: the repair or replacement of contact

5) core polar oil adhesion: clean up the pole core

     Five. Coil overheating or burning

1) the reaction force of the spring is too large: adjust the spring pressure

2) the rated voltage, frequency or duration of the power on and the use of the condition is not in conformity with the

3) operating frequency is too high: the replacement of the contactor

4) coil turn to turn short circuit: change coil

5) movement of a part of the stuck: the exclusion of the phenomenon

6) environmental temperature is too high: to change the installation location or take cooling measures

7) air wet or corrosive gas: to take moisture, anti-corrosion measures - See more at:
